By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the NAMSHI e-commerce storefront or registering a partner dropshipper/retailer account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the platform services.

2. Personal Information Privacy Policy

NAMSHI is committed to protecting your personal data and privacy. We collect billing names, email addresses, shipping destination coordinates, and uploaded financial transaction screenshots solely for the purpose of completing product orders, verifying ledger deposits, auditing withdrawal cash-outs, and maintaining internal support tickets.

Your data is stored securely in our database and will never be shared, sold, or distributed to third-party marketing companies.

3. Account Cancellation & Deletion Guide

Partners and retail vendors reserve the right to cancel their store registration and request the permanent deletion of their account records at any time. To execute account deletion, please follow these guidelines:

1. Ensure all pending customer and test orders are fully completed, resolved, or refunded.
2. Clear any remaining available account balances by requesting a final payout withdrawal request.
3. Open a support ticket inside the **Support Center** console, or send an email to delete@namshi-dropship.com with the subject line "Request for Permanent Account Deletion".
4. Our administration team will audit the account ledger and permanently wipe your username, email, passwords, logs, and store profiles from the database files within 48 business hours.

Agreement Notice: When registering as a retail dropshipper or submitting checkout details, you will be prompted to acknowledge this policy. Proceeding checks verify your compliance with all sections outlined above.
